Peaches and Cream Stuffed French Toast

Pembroke Pines, FL – Mother’s Day this year will bring a special set of food items and drinks to the menu at Unit B Eatery and Spirits in the Shops at Pembroke Gardens. Whereas brunch is typically served only on Sundays, the restaurant will be making the brunch menu available the entire weekend on May 8 and May 9 from 10:30 am-4 pm.

In addition to the usual brunch menu, specialty dishes will be served: peaches and cream stuffed French toast (pictured above) and a Mom’s Breakfast Special that includes smoked salmon, leek, and feta frittata with a spring mix salad and side of crunchy herb potatoes. A special Mother’s Day sangria (red and white) will be available as well.
